Pure Carbon Black Heater Flat Carbon Black Heaters, which are applied to SMARTY, are safety and long durability flat heaters that the patented conductive carbon black graphite polymer heating elements were processed to the heat resistive and insulating glass filled epoxy lamination sheet(called as glass cloth) by monobloc molding finish. The characteristics of carbon black heaters: 1) Chemical reaction destroys the carbon black structure to make fine particle. 2) The destroyed fine carbon black particles are dispersed on the glass cloth with a fewer contact of each fine carbon black, and therefore, can realize higher density filling construction compared with general mechanical mixture dispersion system or other systems. More quantitative carbon particles are dispersed on the surface of carbon black heaters and then, higher resistance with higher watt density can realize, compared with other carbon black mixture dispersion systems. 3) The higher density filling construction provides equal overall temperature distribution and also, provides equal overall far infrared emission. 4) The carbon black heaters containing high density carbon black do not cause the change of resistance by the temperature change and/or the long time usage. 5) The characteristic of carbon black on the carbon black heater shows that the carbon black particles are chained like bead gems. 6) The large size carbon black heaters are available. Elements and Compounds of the carbon black heater: Carbon Black: C, SiO2, PbO, Fe203+Al203, Cao, MgO, ZnO Glass Cloth: SiO2, PbO, Al203+Fe203/15%, CaO+MgO/21%, NaO+K20/1%, B203+BaO/10% Element Analysis of Carbon Black Heaters: Measuring Instrument: HORIBA X Ray Fluorescent Spectrometer Model: EMAX Viewing from the element analysis, Carbon(C), Oxygen(O)(carbonized material of epoxy resin) and Silicon(Si) were detected. The carbon black element painted to the glass cross by monobloc molding finish is consisted of almost 100% carbon though few Silicon Dioxide(SiO2) was detected.
